1.How long is processing?

Processing takes about 3-7 business days not including holidays and weekends.

2. Can I get rush processing?

Yes, Rush processing has been added to our site for $5. Orders made with rush processing before 4:30pm will be sent to the post office same day, orders made after will be sent the next morning.

3. How long is shipping?

Shipping can take about 2-5 business days depending on your local post office.

4. I haven't received shipping information yet, what do I do?

If you haven't received any shipping information after 7 days please email icedoutcosmetics@gmail.com

5. Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to North America but we hope to starting expanding Summer 19'.

6. I accidentally entered an incorrected address, what should I do?

As soon as you find out please let us know. If your order has not shipped we can change the label, if it has shipped you will have to pay a $7 reshipping fee so we can create a new label.


1. What type of lashes does this shop sell?

We sell Faux Mink Lashes.

2. Is this a Cruelty free/ Vegan store?

We are 100% cruelty free.


1. Do you take returns?

We take returns. You must ship the item back first before we send your return. Email us if you plan to return and we can email you a return label.

2. My item came broken or is not as promised, what should I do?

First contact you local post office about your broken item, we are not responsible for items that broke while in delivery, however we do give discount codes to those who can prove their items are broken or spilled by sending us pictures of the product in question. If your item is not as promised you can ship it back and when we receive it we can refund or exchange your item for you. We make sure that all customers have insured shipping so that they can be refunded for any damage, lost, or stolen goods.

3. Can I cancel my order?

You must cancel your order before it ships. Once processing is over we will not cancel your order. You may return the items for a refund.

4. I received the wrong item, what should I do?

You must show proof that you got the wrong item first. Once you do that you have the option of returning the wrong item or keeping it for the inconvenience. We will ship you the correct item for free.
